RACHAEL HAYES DFAC

Rachael and Jon started Evolution Gym together in 2004 with the goal of assisting others to reach their best.

Rachael started competing in 1997 and is a DFAC Pro Natural Bodybuilder, DFAC and BNBF Judge, and World Champion, achieving Pro status in 2008. She went on to win Pro-Universe and Pro Titles in 2012.

Rachael continues to be heavily involved in the British and International Drug-Free bodybuilding scene, hosting and judging competitions with the BNBF and DFAC.
