Evolution Gym has been around since 2004, run and owned by Jon Clark and Rachael Hayes. Jon and Rachael are DFAC Pro Natural Bodybuilders, DFAC and BNBF judges and World Champions in their field. With over 40 yers of training between them, the wealth of knowledge and assistance in the gym is second to none.
Tried and tested techniques and nutritional plans to help you achieve any goal. Do your own thing or ask for one of our proven routines to get you going. New technique and support sessions are planned to allow you to get more ideas and inspiration to take your training to the next level.
Jon has a proven track record with top level sports people including; Clinton Woods (boxer). Karl Harris (Superbike and TT rider), Jason Ripley (golfer), Beth Acey (golfer), Lizzie Hutson (ultra athlete), Brett Chapman (ice hockey), John ‘Buster’ Keeton (boxer), Lee Edwards (Boxer), Kelly Freeman (Bodybuilder), Steve Howarth (Bodybuilder), Oliver Rowland (racing driver) , Libby Kilbride (golfer) and many more……… He also has assisted many members to achieve personal goals of all sizes and descriptions.
Being top level bodybuilders is not enough for these two and both have taken part in triathlons, road races and cross country. This year plans are afoot for obstacle races and more……
The aim is to make the gym a safe environment for any trainer, supportive and providing the right balance of motivation and expertise for all. Come along and join in the fun…..
